The owner occupied Oakland County Home Improvement Loan Program is designed to help qualifying families with necessary home improvements and repairs. There is no interest and there are no payments. When you sell, move or lease your home, the total loan is due and payable. Application packets are available at Village Hall, 425 Glengary, Wolverine Lake, MI 48390.
